Job description: 

  • Drive our vision of Enriching Human Space through a new way of marketing and selling our holistic values to b2b Clients.
  • Understand values and strategy of Developers and Hospitality Clients and market tailor-made offerings and value-add services to decision makers and influencers.
  • Develop business strategy to create new demand and drive business growth in luxury segments of key property sectors. Constantly analyse opportunities and wallet share and identify new opportunities with market changes.
  • Lead and develop a team comprising of relationship managers and property data analyst. Deliver against KPIs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback and drive improvement to raise the bar.
  • Work closely with business development teams of other Group BUs to build synergistic opportunities and leverage on key client relationship.
  • Influence change across the sales organisation.
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to devise marketing tools.
  • Solid business development and leadership experience in a company or industry where creativity is at the heart of success.
  • Proven track record of achieving new business and revenue growth.
  • Ambitious but well-rounded, balanced Farmer-Hunter sales personality.
  • Inquisitive and creative with ability to connect matters and think out of the box to give solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mind.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an enticing story-teller.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
